ICAI: CA Final Examination to Be Held Twice a Year — May & November from 2026 Onwards

The ICAI Council has officially decided that CA Final Examinations will now be conducted twice a year — in May and November, replacing the current three-times-a-year schedule (January, May, September). Effective from May 2026 onwards. In a major policy shift affecting thousands of CA aspirants across India, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has restructured its Final Examination schedule — reducing exam windows from three to two per year, based on stakeholder feedback.
